We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Architect with a minimum of 8 years in the industry to lead the design and delivery of D365 CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, system integration, and end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CE, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Note: This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and is fully Remote position
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and robust D365 CE solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration efforts.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure solution governance, quality assurance, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and business users.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform preferred.
