Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address queries from landowners, tenants, and contractors.
- Negotiate and assign property management tasks (e.g., maintenance, repairs) to approved workmen/service providers.
- Track the progress of jobs, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are updated.
- Resolve issues related to property management services promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of communication, job statuses, and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- 1+ years of experience in call centers, telesales, customer service, or property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with contractors and manage timelines.
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM systems or property management software.
- No sales targets – this role focuses purely on coordination and support.
