Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative architect to join our dynamic team. As an architect, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative and functional architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.

Project Management:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities.

Client Interaction:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
Present design concepts and updates to clients clearly and compellingly.

Code Compliance:

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
2 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
