Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

Provide prompt and professional support to customers through communication channels (META BUSINESS SUIT).

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

Client Hunting: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients to expand our customer base.

Utilize sales and lead generation strategies to acquire new customers.

Social Media Engagement:

Manage and grow our company`s presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram.

Engage and inform our target audience.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media.

Data Analysis:

Analyze customer interactions and social media engagement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer support and social media strategies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer support efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients or leads.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their usage for business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
