About the Role
We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless online experience through real-time chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and other messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns.
- Assist customers with product/service-related inquiries, order status updates, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills in [Specify Language(s)].
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations at once.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and live chat software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
