Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our team, Should be an energetic, well dressed candidate with excellent communication skills to deal with the kitchen makers, interior designers, Architects and contractors, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of five to six years in Co-operate & Wholesale sales experience through dealer network with a strong background in field marketing and a passion for kitchen appliances products including range hoods, built-in hobs, built-in ovens, built-in microwave, kitchen sinks and kitchen faucets, This role is pivotal to our growth strategy and requires an individual who can lead our sales while developing and executing corporate strategies, Someone from a similar field may also be considered such as pharmaceutical, telecommunication, banking or Insurance etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and enhance market penetration.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
Identify market opportunities and trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to drive business growth.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and campaigns.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Age: 35 To 45 years

Minimum Experience: 5 To 6 years

Qualification: MBA (Masters in Business Administration from a recognized institution)

Timings: 11:00am To 08:45pm
