Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and focus on designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional websites. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and experience with web design principles. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with developers, content creators, and other team members to craft beautiful websites that elevate user experience and align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create visually stunning, intuitive, and responsive website layouts, from wireframes to final assets.
Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Produce high-quality mockups, prototypes, and design elements (icons, banners, typography, etc.) that align with project goals and brand standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and UX/UI best practices to ensure cutting-edge web designs.
Assist with the creation of branding materials, including logos, graphics, and other assets needed for online marketing efforts.
Work within project deadlines to deliver quality design assets on time and within scope.
Modify and update existing websites to improve functionality, appearance, and user experience.
Ensure web designs are optimized for performance across various devices and browsers (responsive design).
Maintain consistency across all web pages and platforms, while adhering to style guides and branding requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on web design (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and web accessibility standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
