The ideal candidate will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities that include but are not limited to invoice preparation and follow-up, payroll preparation and disbursement, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, maintenance of petty cash book, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be well versed with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Invoice preparation
Payroll preparation and maintaining disbursement record
Maintenance of petty cash book
Preparation of accounts receivables/payables
Bank reconciliation
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Prepare tax documents
Compile and analyze financial statements
Manage budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferably having a motorcycle with valid driving license.
