Manage our online store orders and communicate with our team and delivery partners via WhatsApp.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and fulfill daily Shopify orders
Coordinate with warehouse/delivery team via WhatsApp
Ensure timely order processing and shipping
Update customers on order status when needed
Handle basic order issues (like delays or cancellations)
Requirements:
Experience using Shopify (Order Management/Fulfillment)
Familiar with using WhatsApp for work communication
Basic understanding of eCommerce and logistics
Reliable internet connection
Good communication skills (English/Urdu preferred)
Working Hours:
Part-time or full-time (Flexible, but must be responsive during peak hours)
