- Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update internal systems regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and auditing processes.
