Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to present product benefits and usage.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer queries, provide product information, and handle objections professionally.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management about market demands and challenges.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotions.
- Assist in organizing CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions and other promotional events.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates may be considered based on potential).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
