Gunness & Associates, a leading Canadian immigration firm with over 29 years of experience, is seeking a highly skilled Suite CRM Expert to join their remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing, debugging, and integrating Suite CRM systems to support the firm’s business operations. This role involves close collaboration with team members to ensure smooth CRM functionality, prompt resolution of technical issues, and the implementation of new features that enhance system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Debugging & Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot technical problems within the Suite CRM system to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Customization & Module Creation: Develop and customize CRM modules tailored to specific business needs, enhancing the system’s capabilities.
- Integration: Integrate Suite CRM seamlessly with websites, landing pages, and other platforms to ensure efficient data flow and operational effectiveness.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide continuous system support and maintenance to guarantee high availability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes related to Suite CRM.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Suite CRM, including customization, integration, and module development.
- Strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and related technologies essential for CRM development and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for a remote work environment.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM, along with familiarity with WordPress, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of immigration services or related industries is considered a plus.
- Prior remote work experience in a fixed-hour role from Monday to Friday, aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST), is preferred.
