Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including recording transactions, expenses, receipts, and invoices.

• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis.

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests from vendors.

• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments and manage customer invoices.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, Prepare and post Journal entries, ensuring accurate and complete financial data in ERP software.

Qualification & skills:

• M.com, MBA –finance, B.com with 02 years of proven experience in similar role.

• Proficiency in using ERP accounting software, MS Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Salary package 30K to 35K depends on experience and skill.

• Location Mozang Ada, Lahore.
