Call Center Representative - Outbound

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales or leads.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
You will be the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
We are looking for experienced call center agents with exceptional communication skills. This is a night shift job, 7 PM to 4 AM with one hour break.
Please do not apply if you are not able to work the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to promote and sell products/services.
Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions to meet those needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call volume, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional service by handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
Follow up on previous interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and closing sales when appropriate.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and promotional offers to ensure accurate information is provided.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with diverse customers.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
Experience in a US-based call center is a plus, but freshers with excellent spoken English and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or a customer service role is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting targets and achieving results.
Basic computer proficiency; CRM experience is a plus but not required.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
