Surveillance Manager (Night Shift)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Manager – Surveillance to lead our Surveillance Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in security and surveillance, coupled with strong leadership capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our monitoring systems and ensuring a secure environment throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of surveillance systems to uphold strict security standards. Continuously assess and enhance existing security protocols, recommending strategic improvements when necessary. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of surveillance professionals, fostering ongoing performance development. Develop and implement monitoring strategies that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Analyze surveillance data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with multiple departments to proactively identify security risks and reinforce safety measures. Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and innovations in surveillance and security technology. Oversee incident response procedures and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required. Candidates should have between five and ten years of direct experience in surveillance and security operations. Formal training or certifications in surveillance or security are preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, with the ability to manage complex datasets effectively. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and motivating high-performing teams are necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to make informed and decisive decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification in security management or a related field is highly desirable. Practical experience with surveillance software and security technologies will be an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
