Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as needed.
  • Coordinate visitor access by maintaining an updated log and providing necessary visitor badges.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the front desk is always well-stocked.
  • Facilitate communications between departments to streamline operations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages, ensuring proper handling of sensitive documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information encountered in daily activities.
  • Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management as needed.
