We are looking for an experienced HR Officer (Female Candidate) to work remotely from Pakistan for our Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Prepare job descriptions, post job openings, and screen applications.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Manage onboarding processes, including orientation programs and documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Promote a positive work culture through engagement activities and communication initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Track and manage employee leave, attendance, and benefits.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal standards.
Performance Management:
- Conducting performance appraisals and evaluations.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
