Responsibilities:

Create detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop resource allocation plans to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials.
Track and report project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
Update schedules based on project changes, resource shifts, or unforeseen challenges.
Identify potential risks and delays, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
Work with project managers and team leads to integrate schedules across departments.
Facilitate regular meetings to review progress and adjust plans as needed.
Communicate updates, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders and management.
Conduct risk analysis for potential scheduling conflicts and resource shortages.
Develop contingency plans to address identified risks and maintain project continuity.
Maintain accurate records of project plans, updates, and modifications.
Generate and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders

Qualification

Bachelor’s (B.E Mechanic).
Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or equivalent certifications.
