We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and manage both residential and commercial property portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost project revenue.

  • Manage client relations and ensure a smooth sales-to-possession process.

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and follow-ups.

  • Handle B2B and investor-focused property transactions.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (commercial & residential).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
