Responsibilities:
Lead and train the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost project revenue.
Manage client relations and ensure a smooth sales-to-possession process.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
Handle B2B and investor-focused property transactions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (commercial & residential).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
