This job role is to process invoices, verify payments, reconciling bank statements, and managing vendor and inventory.

Receiving and verifying invoices from vendors and suppliers.
Ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies.
Managing timely payment to the vendors.
Reconciling bank statements with accounts payable records.
Resolving invoices disputes and queries.
Maintaining data record of vendor invoices and imports documents as per law and regulation.
Assisting in inventory counting and reconciliation
Assisting with month-end closing requirements

Qualification:

B.com, BBA from a reputed university with at least 1 years’ experience in accounts payable.
