We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tech B2B Sales Manager to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business development within the technology sector, particularly in selling software or app development services to international clients. This role focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to support business growth. It is a full-time position offering competitive monthly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct sales outreach and prospecting through LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in business development within the tech industry.
- Proven success in selling software or app development services to international markets.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for sales prospecting.
- Experience in cold email marketing and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
- Ability to independently source leads using various lead generation and data scraping methods.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-driven and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Full-time role with a monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
