Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships through effective cold calling and creative sales strategies. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and promoting our web and app development services.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their digital needs.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Tech Dynamos' web and app development services.
Overcome objections during cold calls and sales presentations.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure client needs are met.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a commission-based structure.

Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation and cold calling.
Ability to think creatively to identify new sales opportunities.
Proven track record of building strong connections with potential clients.
Demonstrated ability to overcome objections effectively during cold calls.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
Familiarity with web and app development services is a plus.
