Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  •  Sales and Account Management: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, meet daily and monthly sales quotas, and manage existing customer accounts
  • Order Management: Enter and confirm sales orders, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely response to customer inquiries

Requirements and Skills:
