COLAB PK is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join their team on a full-time contract basis, working remotely from Karachi. This role requires working evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT to support US-based clients. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, with a particular focus on IT, sales, and marketing roles. The ideal candidate will work independently, ensuring a smooth hiring process and delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining close communication with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions, with an emphasis on IT, sales, and marketing. Source and engage top-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. Screen applicants thoroughly and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process. Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements and team dynamics, enabling effective candidate matching. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address both immediate and future hiring needs. Keep accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress. Ensure every candidate experiences a professional and positive recruitment journey.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of three years’ experience in technical and corporate recruitment is essential. Proven success in recruiting for IT, sales, and digital marketing roles is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, aligned with US business hours, is critical for this position.
