We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our IT team onsite at Parkview City, Lahore. This full-time position involves working during US business hours (night shift) and focuses on sourcing and hiring talented professionals such as developers, QA engineers, designers, DevOps specialists, and other critical technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT recruitment within a software house environment and be adept at managing the entire hiring process efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of technical positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and work closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage job postings and maintain recruitment pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of qualified applicants.
- Provide a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to keep recruitment data accurate and organized.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience recruiting for IT roles; fresh candidates will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of software development stacks and the various technical roles within IT teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Prior experience working in a software house environment is mandatory.
- Ability to reliably work during US business hours (night shift).
- Must be able to commute to or plan to relocate to Lahore before starting work.
