We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience and a solid educational background in Mechanical Engineering. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by conducting proactive field sales visits, identifying new clients, and building strong, lasting relationships with industrial customers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, Pakistan, requiring active engagement with clients and collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field sales visits to industrial clients to promote the company’s products and services.
- Identify and prospect potential customers to expand the client base and increase market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new industrial clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
- Provide technical support and detailed product knowledge during sales presentations to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the business.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Between 6 months and 1 year of relevant experience in a technical sales role, preferably within an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and familiarity with industrial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, Pakistan.
