We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our clients with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. The ideal candidate will be able to handle customer interactions professionally, provide timely solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat support.

  • Assist customers with installation queries, app usage, and tracking system troubleshooting.

  • Log and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.

  • Provide technical guidance and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure problems are resolved.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (spoken and written).

  • Basic technical knowledge of car tracking systems or willingness to learn.

  • Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Working Hours: [e.g., 9 AM – 6 PM | Monday to Sunday]
