Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in Islamabad, Lahore, and surrounding areas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in these regions.
  • Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with the Karachi team to ensure alignment of sales strategies and business development plans.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between regional teams to share insights and best practices.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the Karachi team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Identify and evaluate potential new markets for business expansion.
  • Develop market entry strategies and plans for new regions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new market ventures.
  • Establish a presence in new markets through networking, partnerships, and direct sales efforts.
  • Set sales targets and track performance against these targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team in Islamabad and Lahore.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and encourage professional development within the team.
  • Promote a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment.
  • Maintain regular contact with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • B.E. in Electronics Engineering with an MBA in Marketing
  • Extensive experience in sales management with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

For this purpose, we have qualified engineers (having degree in electronics/electrical engineering) who, on a complaint, visit the customers on-site within 24 Hrs. and provide the needed help. To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
