You will plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating client communications, and ensuring the efficient flow of sales-related processes. They act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal execution.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing quotations, and processing purchase orders.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for the sales team.
Prepare and distribute sales performance reports and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist in resolving any client issues or complaints efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records in the ERP Software.
Ensure all sales-related documents are accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
Support the sales team with market research and competitor analysis.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
