PKR. 20,000 - 35,000/Month
Main Duties:
- Secure contracts with adventure service providers (drivers, guides, photographers, etc.)
- Help organize operational needs for tours
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Potential support for early sales efforts (commissions applicable)
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be based in Gilgit-Baltistan, preferably in the Gilgit or Hunza region
- Deep local knowledge of the region’s tourism landscape, vendors, and logistics
- Ability to travel within the Gilgit-Baltistan area as needed (travel will be reimbursed)
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
Language Requirements:
- Fluent or native in the Balti language (mandatory)
- Advanced Urdu (preferred)
- Knowledge of Burushaski (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in tourism, sales, vendor management, or operations
- Passion for adventure travel and cultural tourism
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
