We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of user-centered design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging and effective digital experiences, ensuring a seamless user journey across web and mobile applications. As a Mid to Senior Level UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring innovative design solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement UI/UX best practices.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to improve usability and enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design techniques.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in all designs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience with design systems and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective and engaging designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion design, interaction design, or animations.
- Understanding of A/B testing and usability testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
