Google My Business Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Google My Business (GMB) Expert to manage, optimize, and enhance our clients' (or company’s) Google Business Profiles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local SEO, GMB best practices, and reputation management, ensuring maximum visibility, engagement, and conversions from Google Search and Maps.

Key Responsibilities:

GMB Profile Setup & Optimization:

Create, verify, and optimize Google Business Profiles for clients. Ensure accurate NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across all platforms.
Write compelling business descriptions, select appropriate categories, and add high-quality photos/videos.

Local SEO Strategy:

Implement local SEO tactics to improve rankings in Google Maps and local search results.
Manage keywords, attributes, and service areas for better visibility.
Monitor and respond to Google reviews to improve online reputation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Analyze GMB insights (search queries, calls, direction requests, etc.).
Track KPIs (click-through rates, conversions, engagement), and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide monthly reports on GMB performance and recommendations for improvement.

Google Posts & Q&A Management:

Schedule and publish Google Posts (updates, offers, events) to boost engagement.
Monitor and respond to customer questions on Google My Business (GMB) profiles.

Competitor Analysis & Strategy Adjustment:

Research competitor GMB profiles to identify opportunities for optimization.
Stay updated with Google’s algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Troubleshooting & Compliance:

Resolve suspensions, verification issues, or duplicate listings.
Ensure compliance with Google’s guidelines to avoid penalties.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing Google My Business profiles (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of local SEO, Google Maps ranking factors, and review management.
Familiarity with GMB tools (BrightLocal, Semurch Local) is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills (Google Analytics, Search Console, GMB Insights).
Strong communication skills for client interactions and reputation management.
Ability to work independently and stay updated with Google’s latest updates.

Job Timing:

Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)
Please note that you should only apply if you are willing to work the night shift.
