Responsibilities and details below; 

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential leads for medical billing services through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Sales Calls: Make 50+ calls daily to potential clients, presenting medical billing solutions and understanding their needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up to convert opportunities into clients.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of medical billing services, tailored to each company's specific needs.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Perform consistent follow-up calls to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • Call Log Management: Keep detailed records of all communication and sales activity using CRM tools or other tracking systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services and stay updated on industry trends to position the offerings effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed call targets (50+ calls daily).
  • Strong understanding of medical billing services and ability to explain complex concepts to potential clients.
  • Ability to generate and manage sales pipelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and managing call logs.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure timely follow-ups and closing of sales.

Training and Setup:

  • Training Provided: Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
  • Remote Work: The position is fully or partly remote, allowing for flexibility.
  • Required Tools: A good internet connection, laptop, and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) are necessary for the role to ensure consistent performance during work hours.

Working Hours:

  • Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift).

Work Location:

  • Remote, after training 
  • Office Visit, once a week for meetings/training or as per business requirement. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about sales and marketing, especially in the healthcare industry.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Previous experience in medical billing or a similar field is a plus but not required.
  • Living within a communicable distance from the Abbottabad office.
