We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer in The First Law UK. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert assistance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional service through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
