Office Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including offices, workstations, common areas, and washrooms.
- Ensure the office is organized and presentable at all times.
Tea/Coffee Service:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors as required.
- Replenish tea/coffee supplies regularly.
Office Supplies:
- Assist with maintaining and replenishing office supplies (e.g., stationery, cleaning materials, etc.).
- Ensure inventory of office supplies is well-organized.
Support in Meetings:
- Set up and clear meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are equipped with necessary supplies, such as water, pens, and papers.
Assist in Office Setup:
- Help with setting up for events, conferences, or special meetings.
- Assist with arranging furniture or office equipment when required.
Waste Management:
- Collect and dispose of trash, and ensure waste is disposed of according to office policies.
General Assistance:
- Provide general assistance to office staff and other departments when required.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
