Key Responsibilities
Lead and Oversee Branch Operations. Manage day-to-day branch activities, including operations, finances, staffing, and overall performance to ensure smooth functioning and sustainable institutional growth.
Sales & Business Development Leadership Drive strategic sales and business development initiatives across B2B, B2C, and institutional segments. Identify new markets, client needs, and revenue opportunities to expand IIPD’s presence.
Registration & Pre-Qualification (PQ) Management: Oversee the timely completion of registrations and PQ processes with government bodies, public sector organizations, and corporate clients to enable participation in tenders, training projects, and panel enlistments.
Sales Management & Performance Tracking: Develop and execute sales strategies and pipelines. Monitor team performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction while optimizing the lead-to-client journey.
Financial Control & Budgeting: Handle budgeting, financial planning, and risk management. Ensure profitability through timely collections, cost-efficiency, and strong financial oversight.
Team Building & Talent Development: Recruit, lead, and nurture a high-performing team. Foster a results-oriented culture through KPIs, ongoing training, motivation, and professional development.
Brand Positioning & Marketing Strategy Strengthen IIPD Lahore’s market position as a top-tier automation training institute through effective branding, digital marketing, institutional affiliations, and social media campaigns.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, professionals, industry partners, and key accounts. Promote a customer-first mindset across all engagements.
Operational Excellence & SOP Implementation: Design and implement efficient workflows, SOPs, and internal systems for sales follow-ups, customer support, training delivery, and performance reporting.
Compliance & Legal Oversight Ensure adherence to organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements, including HR policies, contractual obligations, data protection laws, and training certification standards.
Representation & Networking: Represent IIPD at exhibitions, seminars, industry events, and educational fairs to promote partnerships, visibility, and institutional outreach.
Community Impact & Vision Alignment Champion IIPD’s mission of empowering youth and professionals through practical, industry-relevant training and capacity-building programs.
Requirements: Candidates must have 5–7 years of experience in the training, education, or service industry (e.g., banking, hospitality, healthcare, language institutes, education, transportation, etc.).
