CRM & Project Management Specialist

The Halo Crew is seeking a highly skilled CRM & Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot to enhance our customer interactions and project workflows. You will manage all aspects of CRM systems, drive automation efforts, and ensure robust API integration across our platforms. Additionally, you will oversee a small team of two individuals, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Your expertise in creating training manuals and leading effective lead management strategies will be essential in optimizing our customer engagement and project execution processes.
Responsibilities

Manage and optimize CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot, to drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
Oversee the project management process utilizing Scoop to coordinate tasks and monitor projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance CRM functionality and improve operational efficiency.
Integrate various applications and APIs to streamline workflows and ensure a seamless flow of information across systems.
Create comprehensive training manuals and materials to educate team members on CRM best practices and usage.
Lead a team of two individuals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Analyze customer data and project performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Establish effective lead management processes to capture, nurture, and convert leads into customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of CRM strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make recommendations for enhancements.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM and project management to keep our processes up to date.
