- Complete Microsoft 365 environment which includes but is not limited to, the implementation of security Policies and management of Intune devices.
- Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats using Microsoft 365.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure following company policies.
- Set up and configure user accounts, email accounts, and other day-to-day IT Operations.
- Provide technical support for meetings, video conferences, and other office technology needs.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for IT processes and systems.
- Must be able to communicate with vendors.
- SharePoint configuration, management, and policy implementation to provide a secure environment for different subscriptions and teams.
- Multi-tenant management for Azure-AD

- Technical proficiency in operating systems, networking, and hardware maintenance.
