Your role as a Social Media Manager is crucial to our success. You’ll shape how our clients are seen, heard, and understood across social media platforms. By developing innovative content strategies and maintaining a strong, consistent presence online, you’ll build deeper connections with audiences while driving growth and engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content and social media strategies that align with our clients' brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Plan and create engaging multimedia content (text, videos, graphics) in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
  • Manage and maintain a strong presence across social media platforms by scheduling and publishing content consistently.
  • Oversee content creation, editing, and proofreading to ensure alignment with content strategy and SEO best practices.
  • Monitor audience engagement, foster community interactions, and respond to comments and messages.
  • Run analytics reports from all social media platforms, and track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to measure KPIs, website traffic, and social media metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely content delivery across platforms.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, continuously refining our approach to keep our content fresh and engaging.

You should have: 

  • Demonstrated experience in content strategy, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills paired with a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Moz, Google Keyword Planner).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling tools.
  • Contactable references that can attest to your skills and success in previous roles.
