The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure the accuracy of customer data, verifying information to maintain high standards of service quality and compliance. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions efficiently.

Ability to work in night shift we do have full-time and part-time opportunity Actve listening skills PM-4 AM and 7 PM-1AMhaving call center experience preferred minimum it should be six months
