We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building strong candidate pipelines. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding qualified professionals to help drive our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:

    • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
    • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  2. Job Posting & Advertising:

    • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
    • Develop and manage social media recruitment strategies.
  3. Candidate Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
  5. Data Management & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring practices is a plus.
