- Problem-Solving: Address unforeseen issues such as vehicle breakdowns, route changes, or delays and provide quick solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Safety & Regulations: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including vehicle inspections, driver compliance, and adherence to transportation laws.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate driver performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules, providing feedback for improvement.
- Customer Service: Ensure timely and efficient deliveries while handling customer inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns.
