Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Sales:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
2. Share product information, pricing, and PDF catalogues professionally.
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on use case, budget, and preferences.
4. Schedule site visits for spaces over 150 sq/ft or where estimates cannot be made remotely.
5. Coordinate and finalize installation appointments with both the customer and the installation team.
6. Visit customer sites for selective projects
Operations & Coordination:
7. Maintain and regularly update inventory and stock sheets.
8. Manage stock levels, place orders for new stock, and ensure timely restocking.
9. Keep a record of film variants and usage for analysis and forecasting.
