Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with bankers and financial professionals
- Identify potential solar clients through referrals and banking networks
- Educate banking contacts about solar energy solutions and referral models
- Conduct meetings, perform site visits, and present tailored proposals
- Convert leads into successful solar installations
- Collaborate with internal teams for technical support and execution
- Maintain records and provide regular reporting
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, banking, or a related field
- Strong existing network within the banking industry (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Own conveyance (bike or car) required
- High level of integrity and professionalism
