We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts, manage web development projects, and oversee social media accounts. The ideal candidate is innovative, data-driven, and has a proven track record of running paid advertising campaigns that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
    • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and adjust strategies to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and conversion rates..
  • Social Media Management:

    • Oversee social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
    • Schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics to boost engagement and reach.
    • Stay current with trends to implement innovative social media strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
    • Prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations to improve future strategies.
  • Strategy Development:

    • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and web development.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and propose creative solutions to challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and web development.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
