We are currently looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to take charge of our TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with TikTok’s backend systems and a strong grasp of short-form video selling. This role involves engaging audiences through creator collaborations, live selling events, and targeted content strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all backend operations of the TikTok Shop platform efficiently.
- Upload, manage, and optimize product listings with high-quality visuals, compelling descriptions, and SEO-friendly titles.
- Coordinate with TikTok influencers and creators to organize live selling sessions and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on TikTok, using performance data to enhance results.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, reviews, and concerns.
- Maintain store health metrics and work proactively to improve store ratings through exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok’s short-form content trends, live commerce features, and promotional tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage collaborations with creators effectively.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize product listings and campaigns accordingly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
- A genuine passion for eCommerce, digital marketing, and emerging trends in social selling.
Position Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, with a preference for candidates residing near DHA Phase 8. Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with some flexibility. The salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to DHA Phase 8.
