- Checking of invoices, scanning and uploading from all regions
- Getting approval of invoices
- Vendor Account's Opening
- Daily expense Approvals , Updating and Closing Sheets
- Making Vouchers ( JV, CRV, CPV, BRV, BPV) and other related entries, if required
- Day End Cash Book closing7- Bank Visits when required
- Any other task assigned by the Manager
