We are hiring a seasoned Salon & Spa Manager with 10+ years of experience at reputable, high-end salons. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a strong background in salon operations and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon and spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists, therapists, and front-desk staff
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, customer care, and service quality
- Manage staff schedules, appointments, and client bookings
- Handle inventory management, product ordering, and vendor relations
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
