Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon and spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists, therapists, and front-desk staff
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, customer care, and service quality
- Manage staff schedules, appointments, and client bookings
- Handle inventory management, product ordering, and vendor relations
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Resolve client concerns and ensure a consistently positive guest experience
- Train and mentor staff to uphold brand standards and drive performance
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
