Social Media Coordinator

1. Respond to customer queries and issues via handling our client’s official WhatsApp Numbers, email and other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their queries and issues.

2. Understand and effectively communicate information about the company's products or services to customers.

3. Document each customer’s question/problem and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

5. Prepare and submit regular reports to management for approvals and updates on customer interactions, issues resolved and overall performance indicators.

6. Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms using Meta Business Suite.

7. Boost posts and track performance via Meta Business Suite to optimize reach.

8. Run and manage Meta ads, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on data.
